Pre-registration before 10 August is compulsory in order to attend the ICCBBA Forum. The form is provided here. Online booking has now closed. To reserve a room, contact the hotel directly by sending an email to Ms. Daniela Braizinha, daniela.braizinha@sanahotels.com. Please include "ICCBBA2019" in the subject line.
Registration for the Forum is free of charge for delegates attending the scientific program and includes:

Accompanying Persons - Social Programs
Invited attendees to Forum 25 may bring an accompanying person to the social events for the rate of
45 Dollars. The registration fee is relevant to the following events:

By credit card: VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Secure online payments are made through a designated system.
Confirmation of Registration
After having submitted your registration you will receive an automatically generated e-mail acknowledging submission of your registration. Check your spam box if you don't receive it within a few minutes. Once the ICCBBA Office has handled your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration or an invoice by e-mail.
Hotel Reservations & Rates
The SANA Lisboa Hotel Rates
ICCBBA has negotiated a rate of €140 for a Single Standard Room and €155 for Double Standard Rooms for participants on the 18th and 19th of September for Forum 25. Single Standard Room: €140 per night B&B
Double Standard Room: €155 per night B&B
Addtional Nights: on request and subject to availability. The standard public rate will apply.
City Tax will be an additional €2.00 per person per night. Included in the rates are the breakfast buffet, VAT and service charges. In case of a change in the current VAT the accommodation rate will be adjusted accordingly. Check in time is available from 1500 hours.
